  • RED: Issue/Feature Request has been reported to Garmin, and is pending response.
  • ORANGE: Garmin has acknowledged a Reported Issue/Feature Request and may be working on a solution.
  • GREEN: Issue has been resolved and no longer exists. Requested Feature has been implemented.



Categories

  • Bugs (11/02/10): Software issues that result in a system failure or adversely affect intended functionality.
  • Crash Reports (00/00/00): Bugs resulting in unintentional hanging, freezing, resetting or powering down.
  • Hardware Failures (00/00/00): Physical issues and/or failures that limit or inhibit intended function.

Bugs

1. Battery Type Selection in [Setup > System] is still available when a Garmin battery pack is installed. [330] [350]

5. Garmin Adventure Photos loaded to the microSD card are not properly indexed or displayed when sorted by 'Most Recent' in 'Photo Viewer' page, but are properly displayed when viewed from Adventure Content page. [330] [350]
6. Geocache Status Filter for 'Found' always reverts to 'disabled', regardless of users selection. [330] [350]

Missing Features

1. The GPSMAP 65 series does not include inReach waypoint symbols available with similar models since 2019.  


Requested Features

1. Please include function to enable editing of geocache log notes on the device.  
2. Please update Geocache Descriptions to include Attribute information.  
3. The Elevation Plot application currently allows the user to view 'Elevation/Time', 'Elevation/Distance', 'Barometric Pressure', or 'Ambient Pressure' data. Please include option to view 'Temperature', 'Heart Rate', 'Cadence', 'Calories' and other data, when available. [Gr]  
4. Please add an option allowing the user to configure the total number of geocaches used to populate the Geocache List.  
5. Please include an option to enable/disable the Barometric Altimeter (similar to Montana 7x0).  
6. Please add 'Ascent to Next', 'Ascent to Dest', 'Descent to Next', and 'Descent to Dest' data fields.  
7. Please add support for third party JNX raster maps.
